Which braces are right for you?

If your orthodontist has advised you to use braces, it may be for a variety of reasons.

Two of the main reasons for using dental braces:

Crooked teeth
Bite problems, such as cross bite or over bite.
These factors can influence a huge number of other aspects of dental hygiene, including increased plaque and chewing problems, among other complications.

Sometimes people associate dental appliances with children and young adults. However, people of all ages may need braces, including adults who may not have had the financial means to use dental braces when they were younger. For those reasons, different types of devices have been created to minimize the visibility of these devices – while some young people do not mind using the metal device, adults find it a little more difficult to use them.

CDL – Clínica Dentária de Lisboa is located in the centre of Lisbon, in an area that is easy to reach whether you are travelling from anywhere in the city or from abroad.

We are situated in a central part of the city, close to important areas such as Saldanha, Alameda, Campo Pequeno, Areeiro and Praça de Londres, making it quick and easy to get here by metro, car or private transport.

Thanks to the clinic’s proximity to Lisbon Airport, we also welcome international patients travelling to Lisbon for advanced dental treatments.
